Co-founder / Managing Partner
JD Hill
JD Hill co-founded LandX Holdings in 2023, after completing a series of ultra-successful land subdivision projects.
JD has been in the financial space for almost 15 years, and has been investing in real estate for over half a decade. He started his real estate career by flipping a single home in 2018 and by the end of 2022, he had successfully completed over 170 residential real estate “flip” transactions. JD’s real estate portfolio includes short-term rentals, long-term rentals, creative finance and developing raw land.
With an eye for carefully underwriting deals and finding great opportunities, JD now helps others to growth their wealth by investing alongside JD, and continues to provide his investor partners with strong risk-adjusted returns. JD is also a financial coach in a passive income mastermind, helping other 7 and 8 figure earners to diversify their wealth.
JD lives in Fort Worth, Texas and is happily married to his sweetheart, Amber – they have 3 young boys, Noah, Emmett & Graham. They are very involved in their church. When JD is not starting a new business and buying and selling real estate, you can find him spending time and traveling with his family.
